Does anyone use American Home Shield warranty service?

We just bought a house which comes with a one year contract with American Home Shield. Is there someone familiar with this company? We went through them last week for the service in our oven. Sequencer power in one of the heating elements out. CVC technology. that came out of the house was declared warranty, American Home Shield will not allow the work to be done, say they left because of poor duct work. The only question that technology was the network of pipes some of them placed in front of the oven. (Four and taken to the attic, the entire duct work is flexible duct and can easily be moved). When I told the representative. AHS the duct is not the cause of the failure of the electrical part was very rude and annoying I hung fnally. I installed the HVAC systems for over 10 years and the certainty that the Head Start seeks only to avoid payment of repair. I was wondering if anyone has dealt with this cooperation. before. I worked for them as a contractor for a period two different companies. Let's say you suck royal. Abusing the contractor and the owner. They lock us at low interest rates and the promise of work hard, so when you send them a bill that will send you feal that the repair was not value and what you sent. Then call to discuss the project Bill and they give you a bunch of BS sales pitches about how moves in front of clients and us to sell our services separately and become for us furture of repair. The big problem with this is to pay an amount so small that we do not have time to discuss how services or any other because we lose money after the first half hour. They do not want to pay for travel time and then you send the call 45 minutes away and not pay extra money for travel. When you call to complain about the sympathy that you try to convince you that something bad Becaus EALL the Other entrepreneurs have no problem at all. I had much experience with them and never work again or tell anyone use. This is a tactic to guarantee suppliers at home as a benefit to buy peace of mind for the buyer. They perceive few hundred dollars for it and not even they inspect the house and comes in a claim within 30 days they say it's a pre-existing condition and are not covered, or their favorite is said, is due to lack of maintenance that has to decompose or improper installation and will not pay. This is my story on the side of entrepreneurs. No wonder it is not happy. Sorry to hear and for the long answer, but I feel your pain.
