When you are planning to grill seafood along with your meal, you can try grilling seafood that doesn’t have shells, such as shrimp or salmon. Shrimp becomes tastier when grilled. Before grilling, you can marinade the shrimps in a mixture of olive oil, sesame oil, lemon extract, and some spices. After grilling, slightly coat the shrimps with the mixture. Salmon is also good as a grilled meal. Do the same mixture, however, coat shrimps with the sauce after grilling. Grilling seafood with shells such as oysters with shells can also be done but make sure your oysters are 100% fresh.

Grilling fresh meat and seafood? Why not try grilling vegetables as well. You can grill your vegetables thru charcoal BBQ, gas BBQ, or stainless steel grillers, to get the smoky taste. Just make sure to wash your vegetables really well, and depending on what dish you are making, cut your vegetables into smaller pieces before placing them onto the grill. Grilled onions and zucchini are grilled favourites. Make sure to cut the onions and clean the outer skin of the zucchini. You can season them with salt and pepper and wrap in aluminium foil before grilling to trap the flavour.

Besides the ones mentioned, you can also try other foods to grill on top of your griller. Does anyone know where I can buy a flat tray for cleaning a BBQ grill?

I used to have a black one about 2 foot square roughly 5 inches deep that was perfect for soaking big Bbq Grills in and for cleaning it outside in the garden. I'm fed up with the mess in my kitchen after cleaning it inside. Any suggestions as to where to buy or even what it ask for on a search engine. Have tried a few under BBQ accessories but have come up empty handed. Many thanks.
