Why won't my gas grill get hot enough to cook?

I have bought a new propane tank(it's full),new line from tank to grill and still the burners will not flame up enough to cook food.It's a Member's Mark grill form sam's club and it seems like it is always something the matter with this grill.Help?

Sometimes I have to reset the regulator on my grill. Shut every valve on the grill and the tank. Disconnect the tank. After one minute, reconnect the tank. Open the valve on the tank all the way. After one more minute, light the burners as you normally would. If the valves on the grill and the tank are not closed in the proper sequence after cooking , the regulator will set itself to a safety mode which limits the gas flow.
