I think put unvented gas logs in my rec room floor. This card is too much moisture?
Since running a dehumidifier. I read the newspapers of gas add moisture to a room. What do you smell gas?
The combustion of natural gas creates carbon dioxide carbon monoxide and water vapor. So technically, you have an unvented hot water vapor is added to the basement, but depending on the heat of the room, can not increase the relative humidity. Add greatly the risk of carbon monoxide poisoning. You can not see, smell or taste carbon monoxide. I wish I had a gas heater or gas log in a closed room. The risk is too high.
