Cooking on a Weber Grill?

When indirect grilling on a Weber Charcoal Grill do you open the top vents on the lid and on the bottom while cooking the meat?

You always want the bottom vents open when grilling because that's the oxygen for your coals. I always use the top vents to help control the temperature. So build your pile of coals on one side and then cook on the other side for the indirect grilling. Chances are you want the top vents at least partially open to let the smoke out.
