Weber One Touch silver?

I saw a Weber one touch silver 22.5 inch grill on sale for $90 and I wonder if it's a good deal or junk? Is it well made? Can I use it as a smoker too?

Realistically, I'd use it 2 to 3 times a week, is this a good value? Help!

Amazon has it cheaper.
